Why Buy from Moms Little Ones?
So, why should you buy from me?
I understand your needs. I am a mother and have been where you are. As a mom, I can relate to other mom's
or moms-to-be out there. I have personal knowledge of every product I sell (eg.
breast pumps, bras, etc). I have used every product I sell and I assure you that
I will not sell it if I do not like it. I am a full time working professional
who has pumped for all my children.
Pumping for my kids was a lot of work but I dare say, no amount of money can buy the special bond I share with them now.
I have faced many of the niggling problems you might be facing or have faced.
Good Reputation.I
started selling breastpumps years ago (by chance, really) and still at it. I used Medela products and was a satisfied user.
I then started recommending it to friends (who then recommended their friends). It just grew from that point onwards.
I later became an authorized reseller. I have since sold so many Medela pumps that I have lost count.
There are now other range of good quality electric breastpumps like Spectra 2
and Spectra 3. I have sold hundreds of Spectra pumps since it was introduced.
I decided to go online to serve people better and to create an alternative platform for clients to shop. I now carry more
than just breastpumps. Be rest assured that you are buying from a reputable and experienced person
Customer
Service Guarantee. Before selling online, I have been known for my excellent customer service. I respond to all inquiries
(by Phone, email, sms etc) without fail. I assure you that I will respond to your inquiries within 24 hours. If for some
reason, I do not answer your calls, I will try to return your call within one business day. I will process and ship your
orders within 72 hours. If it cannot be processed in 72 hours, you will be notified accordingly. If your order is urgent,
I will make every effort to expedite the process and get the product delivered to you through our various delivery options
(please see shipping & returns/customer care). As a registered user of Mom's Little Ones, you can also see your order
history (so you know what you have purchased from us before).
After Sales Service. As we are only resellers,
we cannot service your breast pumps. If you have problems with the pumps, you may contact the distributors/service centers.
However, we do offer a special service of giving you a temporary pump (Medela or Avent) to use while waiting for
your pump to be serviced. This service is FOC only if you bought the pumps from us. I offer this service because I have
been in your shoes. It's horrible when your pump breaks down and you have no other means of pumping (except hand
expression). So, having a temporary pump really helps! For more details please contact me.
Low Prices. At
Moms Little Ones, we try to keep prices low and reasonable. Why? Because we know that having kids is expensive and we try
not to make it worse for you! We also offer special prices
from time to time so do visit us often to take advantage of these offers!
You know me (so, don't be a stranger!).
From my website, you will definitely know my name, address, phone numbers and email address. Please contact me. I expect
you to do so. Infact, some of my clients are now my good friends.
Quality Products with warranty. I am an
authorised reseller of all the products that I sell. For Medela and Spectra breastpumps, it comes with a warranty. I will send the
warranty cards to the distributor on your behalf and give you the client portion to keep for reference. I also have a
record of your purchase on my system as an added assurance.
Postage/Shipping. Our postage charges are also
reasonable. We use the national courier service "Poslaju". We shall inform and advise you on the shipping charges in a
separate email.
Privacy Policy. All information you submit whether with your order or as part of a form or
survey will remain the property of Mom's Little Ones. It shall be used for internal purposes only (eg. processing of orders,
announcements, updates, inventory control, etc). We will not sell, rent or give to a third party. I do not like people
doing it to me, so I assure you that I will NOT do it to you.
Easy Navigation/Use of website. I try to make
my website easy to use. However, if you have any ideas to further improve it, do let me know... I'm all ears! I love
constructive comments.

Well, this is really not a reason why you should buy from me but I am just letting you know that I have a "Reading Room" on
my website which you can find lots of useful articles to help you on your mothering journey. I will add more from time to
time. You will notice that I am more inclined towards breastfeeding (yes, my passion).
